Our Pluot Habañero jam is made from fresh Pluots and HOT Habañero peppers.  Not sure what a Pluot is?  Also known as “dinosaur egg” – Pluots are a cross between a Plum and an Apricot.  They provide the prefect balance for Habañero peppers – and one of our favorites jam flavors that have quite the kick.  Perfect on toast, or pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers – it makes a wonderful easy appetizer!  Remember, this jam is HOT!
